our stay at indigo was fantastic! the hotel was beautiful, and the lobby/bar area was perfect. thomas, the bartender, really dedicates himself to his craft, and his cocktails were incredible! plus, there’s a spa just a block away that was amazing. we loved exploring the little downtown area with more and more fun things to do nearby!

this hotel could have been nice, but alas! the constant running fan in my room was just, unbearable for 2 nights! i also had to deal with the lack of pool accessibility, thanks to towel hoggers. clearly, one would expect a complimentary gesture for enduring such inconveniences, but no, not here! i just couldn’t give a good review.

Exceptional service during tough times
The hotel was a safe haven during Hurricane Helene. The welcoming staff made our stay comfortable, and the in-house dining options were a lifesaver amidst the bad weather. We loved the stylish decor too!
The noise from nearby events made it challenging to relax at times. The lack of a microwave in the room was a downside for snacking. A bit more soundproofing would have been nice.

While the panoramic views are excellent, noise from the rooftop lounge can be disruptive, especially for those sensitive to sound. The absence of a microwave in the rooms may prove inconvenient wanting to snack or heat leftovers. Finally, the shared balconies can impact privacy, as conversations from neighboring rooms can be easily overheard.

the good, the bad, and the unexpected
Unforgettable ambiance with beautifully designed rooms making for a cozy stay. The quick check-in/out process added to the experience, but some amenities like the shared balcony impacted privacy. Great location near Tyndall AFB, and impressive service from staff like Dylan and Bartender Thomas made the visit memorable!
